The ideal candidate will be capable of performing administrative work and answering incoming calls, as well as assisting our doctor with administrative duties. Responsibilities:

• Answer inquiries from physicians, health plan members, employers, and other staff.
• Prepare and distribute mail and faxes.
• Follow up on medical records requests.
• Schedule appointments for physician.
• Greet patients and provide information about the office's services.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
