AmeriPro Roofing is immediately Hiring a Lead Field Supervisor to join the sales force for the #1 Residential Roofing Contractor in the Nation! Spend your day meeting and closing insurance company Adjusters to pay homeowners what they are entitled to for on wind and hail claims! Train salespeople on how to be more efficient and effective within the sales process! You will spend limited time in the field generating your own revenue. You will spend most of your day closing the sales team’s deals by meeting with the Insurance Adjuster and securing approved jobs! Make the income you are worth today!

The ideal candidates for this position are positive, passionate, goal oriented, perform well individually, organized, and understand performance-based pay plans

Competitive Pay structure:

  • Draw vs commission Compensation (dependent achieving daily & weekly quotas)

  • Commission on all approved sales (paid on collected revenue)

  • $90,000 - $150,000 / year

  • Blue Cross and Blue Shield Insurance (Health, Dental, Vision and Life)

  • Vehicle allowance provided for qualifying vehicles (Used for Advertising)

  • Profit Sharing (Meeting and exceeding Revenue Goals)

Responsibilities:

  • Run and convert adjuster appointments for sales force (meet with insurance adjuster on property)

  • Run and convert assigned preset leads (appointments)

  • Train new hires in the field as part of national training program

  • Help Manage and maximize efficiency of assigned territory for yourself and existing sales force

  • Achieve assigned performance metrics...activity and results

  • Review Scope of work Summaries and Contracts with Homeowners

  • Continually update and progress job status in CRM

  • Obtain Referrals from customers on approved sales/networking

  • Follow and uphold AmeriPro' s Sales System, policies, processes, and procedures

  • Identify and close new sales opportunities (self-generated prospecting)

  • Be a collaborative AmeriPro team leader!

  • Conduct exterior property inspection for wind and hail damage

  • Make recommendations to Homeowner based on findings.

  • Build relationships by earning trust with Homeowners (Under Promise and Over Deliver)

  • Educate and train customers on industry products, trends and AmeriPro' s capabilities

  • Methodically manage your sales pipeline via our CRM

  • Maintain constant communication with Sales Leadership, Homeowners and Office Staff

  • Prepare weekly sales meetings with Sales Manager and team

  • Be dedicated to personal career development by reaching your set goals

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years previous experience in Sales Management, Training or Supervisory role (preferred)

  • Previous sales experience in a “closer,” role (preferred, not required)

  • Previous experience in Storm Restoration (wind and hail damage) or Home Improvement (strongly preferred)

  • Must have a reliable working vehicle with full insurance coverage (10 years or newer preferred)

  • Self Sufficient; Must be able to work in an independent environment.

  • Must have, or obtain, a smart phone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures.

  • Must have a valid Driver's license (Any State applicable)

  • Previous experience using a CRM platform preferred (not required)

  • Experience following a documented consultative, selling process (Sales System)

  • Must be 21 years of age (for Insurance purposes)

  • High school diploma or relevant experience preferred
