We are expanding our lawn care staff as a result of continued growth and demand for our service. This is a great opportunity for the person who enjoys working independently in the outdoor lawn care service industry for the best local lawn care service.
Responsibilities include:
Will need to have or pass state applicators license test.
Learn necessary skills of routing, organizing and accurately applying liquid lawn treatments to residential and commercial customer locations.
In person and over the phone customer service contact and communication.
Work independently, safely operate company equipment and have an acceptable driving record.
Ability to navigate the twin cities metro area, lift up to 50 pounds and walk up to 6 hours per day.
We are apply liquid fertilizer 3 times annually to residential granule twice annually
Pass pre-screen employment drug test and physical.
Benefits:
This a base pay, overtime when needed and production commission.
Hours are 7:00 am-3:30 pm Mon-Fri and 4 to 6 1/2 day Saturdays April May
Base pay 840.00-900.00 per week
Commission based on exceeding weekly goals and paid every 2 weeks plus time and a half over 40
Paid holidays immediately
Paid vacation
50% of medical paid 100% of dental paid
401K with 50% match up to 6% gross pay
Paid training new and modern equipment.
Paid uniforms and safety equipment
Position has 15 week winter layoff with 150 hours of prepaid snow plow work every time it snows more than one inch.
Priority given to related experience and education. All applicants considered .
