The Addison Group is seeking a Landscape Architect III with a bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program with 4+ years of experience.

This individual will be responsible for the design of exterior spaces such as site grading, landscape design, outdoor living design, pool design, and spatial planning.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A graduate of an accredited program in Landscape Architecture
• 4+ years of professional experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Autodesk)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop and InDesign)
• Personal skills necessary for client interaction and proper representation of our company
• Knowledge of Sketchup or Lumion is a plus
• Interest in working on high-end residential projects throughout Nashville and Middle Tennessee
• Strong graphic skills
• Organized ability to coordinate client meetings, projects and manage the design process
• Licensure is also a plus but not required

In operation since 2012, we work with custom clients as well as experienced homebuilders in designing landscape, outdoor living, pools and other detailed site improvements. Our firm works with clients in some of the most prominent areas of Nashville; from golf course communities such as The Grove and Troubadour Golf & Field Club to projects in Belle Meade, Green Hills, and Brentwood.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
