The Job
We are looking for a motivated, confident, well-organized, and detail-oriented IT guru with a passion for success to serve as an IT Solutions Consultant. This is a work from home (WFH) position, with no travel requirements. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely and apply your technical skills. You will work as part of the Professional Services team. This role requires attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
What you'll do every day:
Answer all technical questions from the account team.
Demonstrate and/or explain current production solutions to our account team and partners.
Craft solutions to our partners' problems and/or needs.
Collaborate with internal departments and outside vendors to collect and provide feedback on products and offerings.
Technical aptitude to "think outside of the box" to provide solutions to our partners and account team.
Hardware designing - provide a cost effective solution for technical projects and sales team.
Providing recommendations for server builds and working with third party vendors to obtain and ensure quotes are accurate before sending recommendations to sales team to be quoted.
Assisting PSM by performing and IT Analysis for partners during the pre-onboarding phase and documenting findings in IT Glue.
Assisting Account Team with gathering information needed to provide an accurate quote on what hardware will be needed for new office buildouts, expansions, etc.
Qualifications:
MUST have dental hardware/technology experience. Candidates will not be considered if they do not possess this.
Analytical and Technical Skills.
Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills when collaborating with partners and teammates.
Effective problem-solving skills.
