Citibank, N.A seeks an IT Business Unit Lead Analyst for its Irving, TX location.
Duties: Identify, define & document business needs, objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input / output requirements and levels of systems access. Design and implement business analysis, process & domain modeling, and architect enterprise applications supporting Compliance Risk Framework and data modeling. Design, develop, deliver and maintain best-in-class Compliance, programs, policies and practices for ICRM Technology. Identify and assess key compliance risks. Translate Technology strategy and goals across clients serving as a subject matter expert on Compliance Tech program. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policy.
Requirements: Must possess a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, or a related field, plus eight (8) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, as a Software Developer, or in a related occupation. Must possess eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in all of the following: JIRA; Confluence; Tableau; Microsoft (Team Foundation Server) TFS; HP Quality Center; Cognos Business Intelligence; MicroStrategy; Cube (RegTech); Microsoft Visio, SharePoint; SQL; Agile Methodologies. 40 hrs./wk.
