Your role at Sephora...
As our IT Automation intern, you will support Sephora’s Quality Engineering (QE) to drive quality across products and processes. In addition to testing the product, the QE team seeks to cultivate a quality culture that produces best-in-class product security, reliability, usability, and performance across our product development teams. You will embed with the Automation team and work on developing additional capabilities, driving the success of our Quality Platform.


Your responsibilities will be driven by company priorities and may include:

  • Build testing and automation infrastructure that will produce immediate customer impact
  • Gain exposure to the entire Software Development Life Cycle while driving quality for key business projects in an agile environment.

  • In the process of completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field in Fall/Winter 2023 or Summer 2024
  • Are technically sound and are excited to disrupt and innovate
  • Enjoy removing the redundancy of manual tasks by providing an automated solution for it
  • Are passionate about understanding our customers and impacting their day-to-day processes and tasks in a positive fashion

The target hourly pay for this position is $23.00 - $23.00 per hour. The actual hourly pay offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the individual applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
