Position Summary
The Instructor is part of the Operations team and is responsible for instructing the courses they are credentialed to teach under AHA, ACLS / PALS / BLS, and/or other course guidelines. The Instructor works directly with the Operations team to assist with the development of new instructor candidates as well as quality improvement of existing instructors. The Instructor will assist with maintaining Cascade facilities and equipment. This position will also attend client and vendor meetings as needed in order to maintain and grow Cascades course offerings.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Operations Support
Instruct courses based on policies and guidelines set forth by credentialing bodies and Cascade Training Center.
Act as Course Director or secondary instructor depending on Operations needs
Assist region in managing and fulfilling client expectations based on service agreements.
Assist Operations Team with course schedule maintenance (includes creating, updating or removing courses).
Assist Operations Team with inventory and just-in-time sourcing.
Review and process instructor paperwork for Cascade instructors.
Input TMS student data.
Students attendance
Scores
Scanned copies of course records
Train and mentor new instructors.
Facilitate Instructor Courses
Instructor Monitoring
Facilitate instructor development workshops as needed
Training equipment management.
Maintain and clean training equipment
Recommend training equipment replacement and upgrades as needed
Maintain training rooms in a clean and presentable manner including setup and teardown of classroom equipment
Attend client meetings as needed.
Other requirements
Due to the nature of the work, the position will require successfully passing a criminal background check and may also require successfully passing a drug test. Individual must maintain instructor status with accrediting organization(s) for all applicable disciplines. Individual will be involved in setting monthly class schedule but must understand that their schedule will be dynamic and will require evening/weekend work.
Education: Associates or Bachelors Preferred
Experience: 1 Year Instruction Preferred
