Monarch DIRECT is a rapidly growing Full-Service Print Shop, Graphic Design and Sign Company in Port Charlotte FL which has a full-time position available for experienced Customer Service, Inside Sales.

The applicant will work Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

Your Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Responsible for working with phone and walk in sales and estimates for current and new clients

Managing and following client projects from inception to final delivery and requires a high level of focus, attention to detail and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Outlook

Exceptional verbal and written skills

Self-motivated team player

Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy

Demonstrate strong multi-tasking and organization skills

Must demonstrate a professional, upbeat, positive attitude

Work well in a busy environment and adapt quickly to changing situations

MUST be a team player and be a nice person

Requirements to apply:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Previously worked successfully in a fast-paced environment

Background that includes printing sales and service experience as well as some working knowledge of the digital graphics and sign industry.

Or, if you have a successful track record in business to business print or broadcast advertising sales you are also encouraged to apply.

Minimum two years sales experience – printing and sign industry preferred but will consider applicants with transferable sales experience

Pay based on experience

Must currently live with 50 miles of Port Charlotte
