POSITION SUMMARY
Administers the installation of new and renewing accounts, including, but not limited to: structure and billing set up, eligibility collection, data base loading, preparation of plan materials such as administrative documents and benefit summaries. Provides support to matrix partners by responding to inquiries or resolving issues of concern.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for managing a Book of Business

Partnering with Implementation Managers to make sure benefits are loaded correctly and timely in CIT

Ability to multitask in a very fast paced environment

Attention to detail and TAT adherence for both internal and external clients to ensure timely client access to care

Managing front to back benefit (medical, dental, vision, and drug) load within the Case Installation Tool (CIT)

Knowledge and understanding of source documents

Knowledge and understanding of policy and procedure updates, including ACA State mandates

Management of book of business inventory checklist within Vista

Attend and participate in weekly team huddles

Maintain departmental quality and performance expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GED is required.

College degree or previously related work experience preferred.

Detail Oriented.

Strong ability to prioritize and meet deliverables.

Ability to effectively problem-solve issues to resolution.

Demonstrated interpersonal skills.

Preferred minimum two years’ experience with multiple software and system-based applications, including database and spreadsheets (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, tracking systems) highly preferred .

Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills to effectively communicate and interact with all levels and functions within the organization.

Ability to manage multiple and divergent priorities and deadlines, work independently and proactively, negotiate and manage expectations for mutually acceptable solutions.

Willingness to adapt to constant change (regulatory as well as organizationally).

CIT experience strongly preferred.

Facets experience preferred.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 20 - 30 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
