The Vice President is looking to place Certified Trainers or Degreed Personal Trainers for IMMEDIATE hire in to local positions. LA Fitness has recently opened new locations throughout Minnesota and we are looking to staff these with Personal Trainers and Health and Personal Training Sales Managers who are excited to get their clients results and the business growing! For Health and Personal Training Sales Managers, based on your experience and position you are hired into, you will have a career with full benefits, plus base pay, commissions, and overtime. We also have an extremely competitive bonus structure! Our Personal Trainers are responsible for great work out sessions, strength training program design, meal plans, monthly measurements, homework, and of course keeping their clientele happy with their results. Based on degree, certifications, experience and the club, we pay our trainers from $12.00/hr - $35.00/hr . Also if a trainer does make any type of sale or upgrade to a client, the trainer also earns full commission . Trainers averaging 30+ hrs per week (w/ 1 year tenure) are eligible for medical benefits as well! Job Type: Full-time. This job posting is for other La Fitness as well: Hopkins and Uptown Location.
