Position: Guest Experience Specialist- Jacksonville
Position Description: The Guest Experience Specialist is each guest's first and last impression of The Escape Game! This position serves as the vitally important liaison between our guests and our team.
How Guest Experience Specialists Serve Our Guests and Our Team:

    • Care

    • Courtesy
    • Cleanliness
    • Communication
  • Efficiently managing interactions in the lobby by:
    • Checking in teams
    • Coordinating start times with Team Leader
    • Answering the phone
    • Accurately booking games
  • Being a TEG Brand Ambassador
  • Enthusiastically explaining our games
  • Immediately and graciously resolving service failures
  • Making groups of 2-50 feel welcome, cared for, and excited for their adventure
  • Collecting information and making connections with every guest
  • Introducing teams to their Game Guide
  • Following the Steps for Effective Selling
Job Requirements:
  • Successfully trained on at least 3 games
  • At least 60 days as a TEG team member
  • Demonstrated knowledge of our games, standards, and brand
  • This role requires working nights, weekends, and sometimes holidays
  • Must be able to handle physical activity as it relates to the job such as deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30-40 lbs and minor game repairs.
  • Quickly resetting numerous locks, drawers, shelves, and game components within specific time frames outlined in training.
