A Day in the Life of a GX Instructor
- Demonstrate a strong desire to help members reach their health and fitness goals through a variety of fun instructor-led classes
- Committed to leading a minimum of one weekly class to support member engagement
- Demonstrate proper form and techniques and provide modifications to create a safe and inclusive environment
- Lead, motivate and have fun

Physical Demands & Certification:
- Proper Group Fitness Certification and license for format instructing
- CPR
- AFAA/ACE/RYT-200 preferred
