Graphic Designer for Architecture & Design Firm
Zyscovich is seeking a highly talented Graphic Designer to join our Miami-based Pursuit Development and Marketing Team due to the growth in our firm and the opening of new offices within the past year. The ideal candidate will be counted on to create compelling proposals, presentations, infographics, and other visual communications to support marketing, business development, and communications. This position is a wonderful opportunity for an individual who can thrive in a collaborative environment while being able to work independently.
Role and Responsibilities
· Design and produce a range of print, digital and web-based graphics, including proposals, presentations, display boards, information graphics, award submittals, newsletters, social media graphics, marketing collateral, graphic templates, and promotional materials
· Develop infographics, layouts, charts, and templates for SOQ’s and proposals
· Interpret and distill technical information into visual design for a variety of audiences
· Develop creative solutions that are consistent with Zyscovich branding guidelines, and further develop these guidelines, standards, and best practices
· Oversee electronic submittals, print production, and document delivery
· Manage and maintain the firm’s digital image assets
· Image retouching
· Collaborate with architects and designers on environmental graphics and wayfinding design
· Manage out-of-house graphic design or publishing initiatives
Qualifications:
· Minimum three (3) years related graphic design experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
· Proven experience of developing graphics in response to complex solicitations
· Knowledgeable of the proposal process, including layout, templates, proposal content, graphic elements, schedules, production, and delivery of compliant deliverables
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) required
· Skilled with WordPress, HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript is a plus
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Must be flexible and possess the ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Perform other duties as needed
