ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Read work orders and perform work as assigned by the supervisor.
• Recommend process improvements and work with management to implement approved changes.
• Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
• Prepare images in Photoshop and Illustrator for uploads to the website - basic knowledge of how to maneuver/resize images in Adobe Suite.
• Liaise with members of the design and sales teams to ensure brand consistency
• Content management-organization with Dropbox
• File management and creation
• Design catalog

QUALIFICATIONS - KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• First and foremost, we love animals and so should you.
• Must have the ability to tell a good dad joke and laugh at ours.
• Must have the desire to dance when a good song comes on.
• Ability to manage high volume production with high accuracy.
• Ability to learn, reference, and retain product specific information as it pertains to the position.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume production setting.
• Proven work experience with eCommerce platforms - specifically Shopify
• Email marketing experience
• Experience with Asana or similar
• Hands-on experience with Dropbox
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to detail, extreme organizational and time-management skills
• Cross-functional team experience
• Detail-oriented, good communication skills, and a "can-do" attitude.
• Must have reliable transportation to report to work timely.
• Photography experience - strong plus
