GRANTS PASS HIGH SCHOOL

Food Service Assistant

(2 positions available)

3 hours per day/184 days to work

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade.
• Must be able to obtain a Food Handlers Card upon date of hire.
• Knowledge of methods and ability to prepare main dishes, salads, sandwiches, desserts, and other foods; work with recipe portion counts; basic kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Ability to supervise student helpers if required; handle money.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with fellow employees and ability to get along well with students.
• Bilingual and bi-literate in Spanish preferred.

• 
  Proof of full vaccination OR OHA Exception Forms are a pre-employment requirement.
• Upon selection, employees will be required to pay for the following: $12.50 fingerprinting fee and $66 ODE fingerprinting processing fee.

STARTING SALARY RANGE: $14.03-$19.61 per hour. Dependent on experience/education.
