We are a Commercial General Contractor and Land Developer.

Our company is in need of a Full Charge Bookkeeper who will be responsible for performing all monthly, quarterly and annual accounting functions, accounts payable, as well as assisting with the payroll of our employees. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be required to complete all daily financial transactions, job cost tracking and reporting. You will also be required to complete all Construction accounting such as AIA Contracts, customer billing and AIA payment processing for monthly bank draws. At least 3 to 5 year of construction experience is require.

Responsibilities:

• Performing all activities related to accounts payable function including reviewing, coding, data entry and processing payments
• Set up of new jobs, maintaining commercial job budgets and cost reporting, including cost codes and change orders.
• Performing customer billings utilizing Job Power software
• Financial close, bank reconciliation, monthly management reporting
• Maintain and keep current all State License.
• Maintain all records for subcontractors such as W-9 Forms, certificate of insurance and payment waivers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
