Our Private Club is currently interviewing for the position of Front Desk Receptionist for Part Time employment.
We are hiring for the following shift:
Tuesday - Saturday 5:00pm to 9:00pm, and two (2) Sundays per month 10:00am to 4:00pm.
SCHEDULE CHANGES:
We are closed on Tuesdays in February & March, then again November & December.
We are closed the entire month of January and first two (2) weeks of February.
We are looking for a Receptionist that has a courteous, friendly disposition and works well with others. The Receptionist must have a pleasant, professional appearance and excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work quickly and efficiently.
The general duties for our Receptionist include but are not limited to answering the phone, greet members and guests, take dining reservations, respond to e-mails, promote events and other miscellaneous office tasks. A knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must, especially Outlook, Word and Excel. Associate degree preferred.
