Front Desk Receptionist needed for busy Women's and Men's health and wellness clinic in North Oklahoma City.

Monday through Friday, no weekends or major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check patients in/out
• Schedule appointments
• Collect co-pays/balances
• Enter patient demographics
• Verify patients insurance
• Chart prep, indexing medical records and other duties as assigned

• Previous experience in a medical clinic preferred
• Must be highly organized
• Able to adapt to change and work under busy and/or stressful situations
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience with Epic & Allscripts electronic medical records software preferred
• High School Graduate or equivalent required (GED)
