• Welcomes clients and visitors by greeting them either in person or by telephone
• Assists potential clients by screening inquiry type and routing calls to appropriate legal assistant(s) on a multi-line phone system
• Maintains reception area cleanliness and monitors potential security risks
• Contributes to firm mission by completing clerical and other duties as requested
• Distribute and oversee incoming and outgoing mail
