The Director of First Impressions plays an important role in setting the tone for the organization. As the first and last person clients see when they are in the office, the Director of First Impressions is instrumental in making sure clients have a positive experience.

Magna Legal Services is seeking an enthusiastic person who will provide our clients a professional and friendly first impression on the phone and at our conference center. The Director of First Impressions will also be responsible for ordering, organizing, and setting up all of the organization’s catering needs. This person will be responsible for setting up the marketing materials throughout the conference center. Additionally, this position may have a role in generating opportunities for the sales department with the attorneys who come to the conference center.

Applicants must possess computer skills in Word, Excel, and be willing to learn. The position requires excellent interpersonal skills, extraordinary client service attitude, and genuine interest in people.

The position is full time.
