Front Desk Receptionist
Bradford Forest LLC, a leading hardwood lumber and dimension parts manufacturing company situated in the rolling hills of Northwestern Pennsylvania, is looking for an initiative-taking Front Desk Receptionist for our Bradford, Pennsylvania facility during the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m..
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors upon entry
- Direct visitors to the appropriate staff/office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email to staff and visitors
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Office filing and organization
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Perform other clerical receptionist and administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to stay well organized
- Strong computer skills with basic technologies such as email and Microsoft Office applications
- Reliable individual with excellent attendance record
- Conscientious and self-starting, with the ability to manage yourself, your time, and your tasks
- Demonstrate and maintain a positive, team-oriented work ethic
