RESPONSIBILITIES
- Helpful and friendly greeting patients, utilizing careful listening skills.
- Provides the highest quality customer service, meeting customer needs, with utmost kindness, care, compassion, courtesy, empathy, and friendliness.
- Uses friendly voice, speaks clearly and is empathetic to patients' needs
- Strives for maximum patient satisfaction.
- Uses superior communication skills to engage the patient and peers during coordination.
- Greets patients and visitors as they arrive and leave.
- Provide forms to new patients to fill out.
- Inputs demographics.
- Collects insurance information and cards.
- Scans information into EMD's.
- Assists patients with all questions.
- Collects co-pays, balances, and deductibles.
REQUIREMENTS

- Comfortable nature on the phone and in personal communication.
