Immediately hiring for a part-time front desk agent, 2-3 days a week, for the morning shift 7am-3pm. Must be 18 or older. You will be in a great working environment with other friendly staff to work with. Your duties will include: checking in and out hotel guests, answering and transferring hotel phone calls, making modifying and cancelling reservations. Skills needed for the job include the following: good communication skills, reliability and accuracy, basic knowledge of computers and other office equipment, above and beyond customer service skills, and must be willing to work as a team member. Position also requires a strict dress and grooming standard. We prefer that you have prior hotel experience. We are looking to hire ASAP. Full training is provided.

Objective:

Enhance quality assurance standards, promote safety awareness, and enhance the guest experience by having a wiling, urgent, and can-do attitude. Additionally, be a productive member of the hotel team by communicating with supervisors and co-workers effectively. Most importantly, enhance the guest experience by making a positive contribution to the position, the team, and to the hotel.

Principal Roles and Responsibilities:

• Full Uniform and professional appearance at all times
• Responsible for Front Desk Cash at all times during shift
• Go above and beyond to create a great check-in and check-out guest experience
• Complete all tasks on Front Desk Shift Checklists
• Complete all brand required trainings
• Maintain Cleanliness and Organization of lobby area at all times
• Maintain Cleanliness and organization of the front desk and back office areas
• Detailed communication throughout all departments
• Any other duties and tasks as assigned by management

Physical Requirements:

• Carry, lift, push, pull, move, items weighing up to 50 pounds on your own. Heavier items will be a team lift.
• Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, standing, crawling, and moving about the facility.
