Position Objective – Experienced Commercial and Maintenance Operations Manager: The primary role of the Commercial and Maintenance Operations Manager is to assist the General Manager in daily and weekly responsibilities. In the absence of the GM, the operations manager will be the “acting” general manager and will continue to be in control of the organizational aspects of the office and ensure customer satisfaction, making sure the expectations of our customers are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities of the Commercial and Maintenance Operations Manager:

  • Lead and instruct team to produce excellent and profitable projects.
  • Teach and train team members to ensure proper procedures, processes and quality of work are followed and achieved.
  • Maintain and care for company equipment, tools and vehicles.
  • Forecast equipment, labor and material needs to ensure efficient production.
  • Direct, oversee and participate in work performed by your team. This is a very hands-on position and requires this person to perform any task they would ask their team to do. You will be expected to work alongside them at times.
  • Understand and meet production and project schedule deadlines without sacrificing great customer service or excellent quality.
  • Complete project documentation in an organized and timely manner
  • Some days may require opening to closing supervision.
  • Maintain and apply an efficient level of organizational skills to all aspects of the general shop and office operations.
  • Apply intermediate logistic skills to the coordination of deliveries and installations in order to meet customer needs in an appropriate amount of time with little to no delays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
