Position Title: ERP Project Coordinator
Location: Alsip, IL
Hybrid - Alsip office & Home
Pay: $75K to start with 6% bonus
Summary: Key enabler of meeting on time and on budget implementation attributes. Responsible for maintenance of the Dynamics 365FO ERP DevOps site project plan, communicating OneGriffith ERP project tasks and milestones. Provides support to the OneGriffith Program Sr Director as needed.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sets up and manages key functions covering planning, tracking, reporting, internal communication.
- Scheduling project tasks and project working sessions.
- Collaborate with the ERP team members on project deliverables.
- Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary to OneGriffith Project Director.
- Consolidated reporting to the OneGriffith Project Sr Director, including milestone summary, key issues, risks, benefits.
- Manages the OneGriffith Project DevOps site, enhancement list, release notes, issues list, communication, PIT (Project Information Tool) etc.
- Reviews project activities for compliance with procedures and standards.
- Assists with the production of user documentation and with user acceptance testing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business or related field.
- 2+ year expiereince in D365FO Supply Chain and/or Finance module implementation.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred.
- 2+ years experience in DevOps tool.
- 3+ years experience on project management of major development or operations projects.
- Experience in ERP implementations.
- Business unit management experience that includes working closely with Information Technology department.
- Previous experience in business process improvements, involving broad based information systems, utilizing tools and techniques to effect business change.
- Implementation, operation and maintenance of medium – large scale systems, preferably across multiple geographies.
- Multi-language a plus.
