Overview:

Imagine working in a sales environment surrounded by successful, motivated, thoughtful, and passionate individuals committed to improving investor's lives. As a member of our advisory recruitment and business development team, you engage over the phone with Financial Advisors that work in corporate banking environments to help them understand the benefits of affiliating with an independent firm. This is a phone sales job. Using consultative techniques, you’ll determine their goals and educate them on our services. You will be the liaison between a prospective recruit and us - enhancing both the services our new partners can offer their clients, their financial future and our overall growth.

The Business Development position is both a rewarding and engaging role. Setting an appointment between an established Financial Advisor and our Senior Staff is a victory.

Our structure is the perfect mix that comes from the comfort of guaranteed income with the possibility that accompanies uncapped, performance-based commission for senior staff.

Your Qualifications:

  • No prior sales experience or industry knowledge required
  • Successful Business Development staff demonstrate the following:
  • You've set and accomplished goals in the past, personal or professional.
  • A desire to be the first impression and advocate of our brand.
  • An activist to promote our unique way of looking at the finance industry.
  • Educate potential partners on the benefits of our unique approach.
  • A commitment to achieving results while instilling trust.
  • You're excited for an experience selling.

The Day-to-Day:

  • You will communicate Kingsview's value proposition to Financial Advisors to arrange meetings..
  • You will build sales skills while deepening your understanding of the financial services industry.
  • You will be at the intersection of driving firm growth, controlling your career trajectory, and bettering potential clients’ financial well-being.

  • Some travel may be required
