The Cadence Health team seeks a Manager of Patient Enrollment to lead a regional team of patient enrollers. Cadence's enrollment team is responsible for educating and onboarding patients to our remote monitoring program on-site at our partner clinics. This individual will report into the Head of Business Operations and work towards achieving patient enrollment goals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead a high-performing team of enrollers within a region to achieve monthly enrollment growth targets.
  • Build out and continuously iterate on enrollment team goals, metrics, operational processes, training materials and tools.
  • Review and connect the dots between daily enrollment dashboards and feedback from the frontlines to determine opportunities to improve enrollment conversion across the team.
  • Ensure clinic sites are set up appropriately and have adequate inventory and enroller coverage on an ongoing basis.
  • Provide consistent 1-1 feedback and coaching for team members.
  • Conduct quarterly site visits to meet with enrollers and clinic staff in-person.
  • Own hiring, onboarding, and developing enroller team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Provider Relations, Partnerships, Product, Care Delivery) to test new patient engagement tactics and launch new initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:


  • 5+ years in building and managing a high performing sales or account management team.
  • Background in healthcare is a plus.
  • Proven success in designing and implementing scalable growth strategies.
  • Proven leadership success including the ability to motivate team members and lead positively through change.
  • Be an analytical and data driven problem solver.
  • Strong collaboration with cross functional teams to exceed performance objectives.

  • Expected compensation range: $115,000-$125,000 annual base salary OTE ($130,000-$140,000)
