Our client is looking for fun and energetic full- or part-time Resource Teachers for their premier preschool in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. You must be able to work until 6pm for this position. Job Responsibilities:

· Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, effectively and professionally with school personnel, children, and parents

· Ability to understand and support the education program using “learning through play” philosophy

· Ability to keep children within sight and sound supervision at all times

· Ability to change children’s diapers and/or assist with toileting (where necessary)

· Ability to lift items/children ~50 pounds

· Ability to multitask in a lively environment and work well within a team

· Ability to handle crisis situations, including assisting in evacuating the building during emergencies

· Create and distribute educational content

· Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities by maintaining a daily schedule

Qualifications:

· Completed DCF 45-hour certification required

· At least 1-year of experience in a licensed early education facility preferred

· A desire to work with children

· A desire to grow professionally – you can obtain a CDA with financial assistance from the school!

· Meet background check eligibility

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
