The open position will be responsible for performing various administrative support tasks, including operating office equipment, answering phones, communication with various state departments and completing general clerical work.

We are trucking a Permit, Drug & Alcohol TPA company and we are looking for a fluent Spanish /English-speaking Drug and Alcohol Analyst in Tracy area. We want a hardworking person who take full responsibility of provided duties.

What you get to do every day…

- Place and receive telephone calls
- General office duties such as but not limited to data entry, faxing, copying, scanning, filing, and document processing
- Providing accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
- At least 3+ years of Office Clerk experience preferred
- Show the ability to adapt and learn new techniques and skill sets when required
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, and QuickBooks.
- Excellent organizational , multitasking skills, and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
- A high school diploma or its equivalent is required for this position
- Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well
- Proficient in computer and should be expert in Microsoft office.
- knowledge of Drug and Alcohol testing is a preference.
- Diligently perform work, and respect deadlines.
- Knowledge about DOT drug and Alcohol testing compliance is plus.
- Should be able to work in a team.
- Able to provide innovative ideas to make company better.
- BAT and STT training are a plus.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preference.
- Any experience in accounting and office admin is a plus.
- Good in making goals and strategy to achieve goals.

Pay rate depends on experience. Candidates with serious carrier aspirations and has plans how to achieve their goals, will be our choice. We want hardworking person who take full responsibility and have pride in their work.
