About the Role:

Mollie Stone’s Markets is looking for a Part Time Dishwasher/Utility Prep at our Greenbrae location. The perfect candidate will be customer service driven and be flexible working various tasks from day to day.

Essential Functions:

• Ensure clean dishes are available to support duties of prep cooks and chefs.
• Able to work with a team and portray an upbeat, professional demeanor during shift.
• Maintain pot sink area in a clean orderly manner; wash pots and pans and dishes in accordance with Mollie Stone’s kitchen safety standards.
• Maintain storage areas and kitchen sanitation.
• Assist customers at the counter. Give suggestions and recommendations.
• Prep and string chickens for rotisserie.
• Assist with prepping other food items when needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and some holidays.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Local candidates only.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to regularly lift at least 50 lbs.
• Standing: Up to 8 hours per day.
• Walking: Up to 8 hours per day.
• Reaching: Up to 4 hours per day.
