Compensation: Hourly, Commensurate to Skills and Experience

Hours: Full-time; Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Maas Energy Works is the leading developer and operator of on-farm, waste-to-energy systems in the United States. The Company designs, develops, constructs, and operates biogas renewable energy generation systems, primarily on dairy farms. Our projects include anaerobic digesters, biogas-powered electric generation, and renewable natural gas upgrading.

Position Description:

Maas Energy Works (MEW) is looking for an experienced Director of Project Management (PM) who will be responsible for leading the company project management team. This will involve training the team, managing department workload, problem solving issues that arise, providing team feedback, conducting performance reviews, and oversee inter-department communication.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of fifteen project managers and project management assistants
• Provide clear feedback and direction to team members
• Manage and develop inter-departmental systems and processes, defining how projects are managed within the company
• Train and mentor team in project management principles and general professional development
• Manage and solve project and non-project related issues that arise with project managers

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years of project management experience
• Proficiency with DropBox, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat
• Technically competent with project manager software programs
• Knowledge of basic construction materials and techniques
• Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD/drafting experience is preferred
• Self-motivated
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Must be proficient in English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 - $80.00 per hour
