We are looking for an experienced Operations & PMO Lead to join our eB2B team, which is responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences. In this role, you will oversee all business-side operations and drive execution of our growth initiatives, providing strategic, operational, and analytical leadership for one of the Company’s highest-priority initiatives. This is a high-impact role for a candidate who has a general manager mindset.
How you will make an impact:
- Oversee all operations to meet and exceed customer needs and attain established benchmarks
- Manage day-to-day business processes and drive improvements that enable us to deliver best-in-class customer experiences, solving complex problems with innovative solutions
- Establish and maintain operations processes required to achieve rapid growth of the business and market development objectives
- Ensure operational learnings regularly inform the overall business and product strategy on an ongoing basis
- Drive end-to-end planning and execution of strategic initiatives with ability to quickly triage, prioritize, and lead cross-functional teams under pressure
- Manage agile operating and planning routines, operationalizing our strategic roadmap and initiatives into actionable plans, and enabling our team to innovate at speed
- Work closely with data and analytics partners to define and monitor business KPIs, establishing high performance benchmarks and providing data-driven insights to support recommendations on how to drive the most impactful business outcomes
- Combine a deep cross-functional business understanding with a long-term industry-wide strategic context to identify and manage growth and improvement opportunities to position the business for success
About you:
- Both a strong strategic thinker, with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data and insights into strategies, and a highly organized “doer,” with a data-driven mentality and a bias towards action
- Exceptional problem solver with high level of curiosity
- Strong communicator with ability to persuasively communicate strategy and actionable recommendations to executive management and broader organization, as well as external stakeholders
- Expert at cross-team collaboration with ability to effectively influence and facilitate decision-making at all levels
- Scrappiness, autonomy, and creativity that allows you to thrive in fast-moving and ambiguous environments
Experience:
- 8+ years working in an operations, franchise, management consulting, or similar role
- Demonstrated leadership within a large-scale, fast-moving environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
