The Role
This role will focus on supporting our testing and optimization efforts. We are looking for a strong front-end developer to join our testing and optimization team to help build A/B test campaigns that drive data-driven decision-making and grow revenue. A solid understanding of A/B/n, MVT and personalization testing methodologies in addition to writing custom JavaScript, HTML and CSS is paramount to success in the role.
Responsibilities
- Develop A/B & multivariant test variations using third-party JavaScript, CSS and HTML without immediate access to the source code
- Write custom-event tracking to ensure key test metrics are being monitored for each campaign
- Configure campaigns to run variation code for the intended segments, pages and event tracking
- Q/A campaigns to ensure everything is working as intended
- Work collaboratively with product managers, designers, engineers, and analysts to conceive, design, and deliver brilliant solutions to our customers
- Help establish process improvements to drive efficiency in our design and development process.
- Leverage technical skills to support and troubleshoot site campaign launches
- Proactively identify problems that arise in projects, outline options, recommend solutions and resolve issues
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience working with A/B and Multivariate Testing platforms
- Highly proficient with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, and/or JQuery or other programming languages
- Proficient with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Backbone, etc.)
- Proficient understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates and AJAX
- Tag management experience a plus (Ensighten, Adobe Launch, etc.)
- Knowledge of Web Analytics report suites such as Adobe Analytics a plus

The salary range for this opportunity is $73,500 – $92,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
